We welcome customer feedback as an opportunity to see ourselves and our products through our customers' eyes. Biological control is a give and take process, and we want to hear from you with your experiences when using our beneficial organisms. This will help us to gain a better understanding of the organisms involved, and assist us with providing more targeted advice.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, then please get in touch with us immediately and we will endeavour to make the situation right. In saying that, please remember that we provide these organisms in good faith, and being live organisms, there are many variables that can affect their survival and reproduction. We at Bioforce are never privy to all of the factors relevant to your particular site, and the purchaser must take responsibility for their survival once received in good condition. Be careful when making chemical applications around beneficial organisms, and be mindful that these chemicals can have long "tails" that can have lasting impacts on organisms within the crop.
